Text to Image .Click provides an AI-powered tool that analyzes uploaded images and generates text prompts for use in AI image generation platforms.

The Service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that generated prompts will produce specific results in any third-party platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You may not upload images that are illegal, violate third-party intellectual property rights, contain NSFW or adult content, depict violence or hate, or are designed to deceive or defraud.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated tools to access the Service in ways not provided by our interface.

You may not use the Service to train competing AI models or resell generated outputs as your own product.

You retain all rights to the images you upload.

The text prompts generated by the Service are provided for your personal or commercial use. We claim no ownership over generated prompts.

The Text to Image .Click brand, logo, interface, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Text to Image .Click and may not be copied or redistributed.

Free users receive 5 generations per day. Exceeding this limit requires upgrading to a Pro plan.

Pro plan subscribers are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse free-tier limits or violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Text to Image .Click and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@texttoimage.click.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Text to Image .Click is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
